 In 2011, fueled by a desire to expand his horizons, Damon transitioned into broader realms of the home service industry. Joining a local property management company as a maintenance coordinator proved pivotal, offering invaluable insights into estimating repairs, conducting make-readies, and overseeing remodeling projects. During this time, Damon honed his skills in negotiation, team management, and customer relations, setting the stage for his multifaceted career trajectory.

 With each opportunity, Damon's expertise flourished. By 2017, he had obtained his real estate license, adding another dimension to his skill set. His tenure with various property management companies provided him with a comprehensive understanding of leasing, property management, and real estate investment—an invaluable asset in his entrepreneurial journey.

 In 2020, Damon's vision crystallized as he spearheaded the growth of a sister company within a property management firm, offering a spectrum of home services—from minor repairs to full-scale remodeling projects—for both residential and commercial clients. Armed with a wealth of knowledge encompassing management, customer service, marketing, and finance, Damon realized his dream of launching his ow Damon Cunningham is the visionary founder and owner of Executive Home Services LLC, a company dedicated to providing top-tier home services. Bryan Gonzalez - Our New Service Expert & Project Field Manager at Executive Home Services. We are excited to welcome Bryan Gonzalez to the Executive Home Services team!  At 31 years old, Bryan brings a wealth of experience and a positive mindset to our team. He has been in the construction industry for nine years, with a strong focus on framing and carpentry, which he considers his best skill set. Born and raised in Dallas Texas, Bryan is a proud Texan. He’s the oldest of five siblings—three brothers and one sister—and is married with one beautiful daughter. A devoted family man, Bryan loves spending quality time with his family and has a passion for playing video games. Bryan is also an avid soccer fan, having played in middle school and high school, and his favorite team is FC Bayern Munich. His competitive spirit translates to his work ethic as well. As Bryan says, “I wake up every day with the mindset to work hard and ask myself, ‘What’s next for today? Who can I make happy and help fulfill their dreams?’” One of Bryan’s biggest aspirations is to leave behind a legacy—not just for his family, but for the world. He believes in striving for perfection and success, leading by example, and teaching others to do the same. If he could change one thing about the world, it would be the education system and how it operates. Bryan’s natural leadership, great sense of humor, and dedication to his craft make him a perfect fit to lead our EHS Service Expert team.
